Small-group classes, with a coach next to you

Equipment is provided. The class stays small enough to correct your form. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:30am.

Not a packed circuit

A lot of group fitness is a timer and a speaker. You copy the person in front of you and hope the load is right. At Team 24 Fitness the class is the more accessible way in: still coach-led, still programmed, shared with a small group instead of a packed floor. Dawn Skinner teaches it. She started in this room as a member and has coached group fitness and indoor cycling here since 2021.

Small is the product, not a slogan. A coach can change your load, shorten a range, or stop a rep that is about to become how you move. That cannot happen when the instructor is facing a mirror and a back row. If you have been hiding in those classes, this one will feel quieter and more specific.

What the hour is made of

Expect strength work you can progress: dumbbells, patterns you will see again, and enough space to be corrected. Repeating a squat, a press, or a carry is how you get better at them. A workout that changes every song feels busy and leaves you no stronger in March than you were in January.

You do not bring plates or bands. The equipment is at 2461 East US Hwy 377 A. Show up in training shoes and clothes you can sweat in. Membership is no contract, auto debit. Ask for the current number when you talk to the studio, so it sits next to the week you are actually building.

The 5:30am clock

Class is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:30 to 6:30am. It is over before most of the day starts asking for things, which is why it survives a school year for a lot of members. It also fails the moment 5:30 is a story you tell and not a time you leave the house. Do not buy a morning you resent.

If mornings are not real, the same studio has other doors. Personal training sits in the weekday blocks, 5am to 1pm and 3pm to 7pm, plus Saturday morning. Cycle 24 is Monday at 6pm, Tuesday at 5:30pm, and Thursday at 5:30pm. The group class is the right tool when the morning is honest. It is the wrong tool when it is not.

What the first month is allowed to be

Three mornings a week is the class. Missing one happens. Missing most of them means the clock was wrong for your life, and the fix is a different program, not a louder alarm. Tell the coach. The studio would rather move you to an afternoon personal training session or an evening ride than watch you collect missed Mondays.

You should also be able to name one lift that feels less foreign by week four. That is the point of repeating the work. If every class is a surprise, say so. The program is supposed to be recognizable. Novelty is not progress, and a small class can change the plan without turning it into a different sport every Friday.

Who should start here

Start here if you want coaching without a fully private plan yet. Granbury and Hood County members use the class as the standing appointment: three mornings, a coach who knows the room, and a load that can change when your shoulder cannot. You do not need to be in shape to begin. You need to be on time.

If you later want a nutrition plan and a progression written only for you, Brandon Sledge already runs personal training in the same building. Unlimited, if you want the class menu instead, is three spin classes, three group classes, and five stretch sessions. The free consultation is the place to pick. Call (817) 683-8347 or use the form. Walk in ready to work. Leave knowing what Friday is for.
