Why a private studio still matters in Granbury

Open gyms are built for volume. Team 24 Fitness is built so a coach can actually see your form, your plan, and your week.

A room, not a floor

Most gyms sell access to equipment. You walk in, find a rack, and hope the next person waiting is patient. That model works if you already know what to do. It falls apart when you need a plan, a correction, or a reason to keep showing up on a week that is already full.

A private studio flips the offer. The room at 2461 East US Hwy 377 A is smaller on purpose. Classes stay small on purpose. Brandon Sledge is in the room for personal training, not behind a desk watching a packed floor. Dawn Skinner coaches the group classes and the indoor rides. You are not anonymous, and the hour has a job.

What the week can actually hold

Team 24 Fitness is the only private studio in Hood County, and the three programs live in one building. Personal training is the private hour: a program, a nutrition plan, and tracking for body weight, muscle, fat loss, and strength. Group class is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:30 to 6:30am, with the equipment already there. Cycle 24 is 45 minutes on Monday at 6pm, Tuesday at 5:30pm, and Thursday at 5:30pm.

That mix matters if you want strength one day and a ride the next without a second membership across town. It also matters if you only need one of them. Unlimited, three spin classes plus three group classes plus five stretch sessions, is for people who want the class menu. Personal training stays separate, because a private plan is not a class card. The consult is where those get sorted.

Why Hood County still needs the smaller room

Granbury is not short on places to move. It is short on places that will tell you the squat is the reason your back is loud, and then write the next week so that does not repeat. An open floor will let you work hard in the wrong direction for months. A class of a hundred will let you hide in the back row. Neither is a moral failure. Neither is coaching.

The people who do well here already know that. They are new and willing to say so, or they have trained for years without anyone watching the setup. They can make the studio hours: weekdays 5am to 1pm and 3pm to 7pm, Saturday 5am to 1pm, Sunday closed. They do not need a speech about discipline. They need a room that expects them.

What changes after you have been in

The first month should feel repeatable. You know which door you use, which hour is yours, and what you are eating on the days you are not in Granbury. People who only train when they feel motivated do not need a private studio. They need a different hobby. The room is for the weeks that are ordinary.

If you want the class side instead of a private plan, group class and Cycle 24 are down the same hall, and Unlimited stacks them with stretch. If you want the plan, personal training is the hour. Either way you are in Hood County's private studio, not a second gym and not an open floor. That is the whole argument.

Start with the room, not a package

The first visit is a free consultation. Walk the studio. Bring the week you actually keep, including the mornings that are fiction. We would rather put you on two sessions you will repeat than on a calendar that collapses in February. If the fit is wrong, you will know before you buy it.

Call (817) 683-8347 or use the form on the site. A trainer texts back. If you have been putting off a consult because gyms feel like a lot, start here. The private room is the point.
