Going to a gym can be very intimidating. Also, achieving a healthier lifestyle can take time and dedication, oftentimes it does not happen overnight. Team 24 Fitness is here to guide you through safe, effective exercises to optimize your wellness and meet your fitness goals, and we’re here to support you on what may be a new journey for you.

Each small group training session is limited to a small number per class. This allows the trainer to give each participant the personal attention they need, ensure effectiveness, and most importantly, safety. We are highly focused on personal attention with all our clients.

Monday: 6:15pm
Tuesday: 5:30pm & 6:30pm
Thursday: 5:30pm & 6:30pm
